What qualifies a TPS- MENTOR ?

Our TPS- MENTORS have certainly a very good knowledge about TPS, but we believe, that there are "lean consultants" who know some specific TPS- Tools or their memorized cases much better than we do.

Our TPS- MENTORS have introduced the TPS- Principles most time of their career acting as a General Manager, Plant Manager or Production Manager. So, they really know what it means to get the day to day conflicts managed and resolved. 

Our TPS- MENTORS do know even other great management and problem solving tools like TOC, SixSigma/ Shainin, TQM, etc......

However, this is NOT the most important competence.

We consider the most important competence is effective coaching and making your teams solving the problems on their own. Hence, our mentors are using the most critical ressources for improving your business. Your EMPLOYEES !

Our main objective is to significantly increase the problem solving capability within your organization. You may think, that this approach takes too long. Yes, maybe it is not the best if you are only looking for some what we call "wishi-washi-fixes", that can be realised even within a one week Kaizen workshop. We also use the tool of the Kaizen workshop, but it has to be well prepared and post- processed AND has to be part of a holistic change process.

We are 100% convinced, that this approach greatly develops your team members and is therefore a great base for ongoing improvement, even if the "lean consultants" are gone.
